Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
Completes Registrations via phone or in person, gathering all appropriate Demographics, Financial, Clinical and other information required, determine proper insurance coverage, complete verifications of coverages through appropriate means. Collect co-pays, deductibles and deposits as required. Balancing cash drawers. Key data received into the EPIC system. Work Queues as assigned. Performing a variety of other Registration functions as necessary. EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required:
High school diploma with one year of experience in providing services to the public, preferably in a healthcare setting. Must be proficient in the use of keyboard and basic computer applications.
Preferred:
Above plus college level coursework in related field, Bi-Lingual with strong Spanish comprehension and verbal skills, advanced computing skills.
