We are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a welcoming environment. Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Medical Office Assistant to join our team on the clinical side assisting patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, Physical Therapy medical knowledge, and a passion for delivering excellent patient service. In this role, you will support daily clinic operations, assist patient with exercises, general facility cleaning for patient prep and ensure smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities Greet patients professionally and assist with check-in and check-out procedures while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Schedule appointments accurately using electronic scheduling systems and coordinate follow-up visits as needed. Assist with administrative tasks such as phone communication, filing, schedule patients, and office organization. Support clinical staff by preparing treatment areas for exercise plans and therapist. Requirements Experience in a Physical Therapy office setting. Understanding of HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies to protect patient information. Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and effective communication abilities. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Bilingual abilities are a plus; previous experience in dental or physical therapy clinics is advantageous.
