Hours Weekly Responsibilities:

Maintain accountability for quality patient care Complete physical and mental health assessments including vital signs, risk assessments, and withdrawal assessments (COWS) Administer and monitor prescribed medications and treatment plans Observe, document, and report behavioral changes Maintain medication control and documentation Triage emergent medical concerns and coordinate care with providers and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives

Requirements:

Active RN License required BLS Certification required CPI Training completion within 3 months of hire required Medication Competency Examination completion required Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing required BSN preferred Experience in behavioral health, addiction recovery, detox, or psychiatric nursing preferred Knowledge of withdrawal assessments such as COWS preferred Familiarity with OASAS and Medicaid compliance standards preferred Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and nights For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
