We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to join our team. This position plays an important role in ensuring our healthcare providers maintain accurate credentials and meet all regulatory and payer requirements. What You'll Do Review and verify provider licenses, certifications, credentials, and required documentation in accordance with NCQA standards. Coordinate with providers, insurance carriers, licensing boards, and regulatory agencies to obtain credentialing information. Maintain accurate provider records and track credentialing and re-credentialing deadlines. Prepare credentialing packets and assist with the onboarding of new providers. Monitor compliance with managed care policies and applicable healthcare regulations. Work closely with medical office teams to resolve credentialing discrepancies and ensure a smooth process. Prepare credentialing reports and assist with audits and compliance reviews. What We're Looking For Previous experience in healthcare credentialing, managed care, or a medical office setting . Strong understanding of healthcare credentialing processes and requirements. Familiarity with NCQA standards, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations . Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
