Medical Office Phone & Administrative Specialist Olympia Neurological Institute - Pain Management & Neurosurgery Olympia Neurological Institute is seeking a friendly, dependable, and hard-working Medical Office Phone & Administrative Specialist to join our team. We are a growing pain management and neurosurgery practice that genuinely cares about both our patients and our employees. This is a full-time, on-site position and is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, communicating with people, and working as part of a fast-paced medical office team. Primary Responsibilities The majority of this position will be focused on phones and patient communication , with additional fax and administrative responsibilities as needed.
