We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair equipment at a water treatment facility. We welcome experienced mechanics as well as motivated apprentices who have a strong mechanical aptitude and are eager to learn. Responsibilities Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment throughout the facility. Service and repair valves, pumps, compressors, engine generators, boilers, motors, pipes, and fittings. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. Complete maintenance reports and work orders using a computer. Identify equipment issues and recommend repairs. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. Work independently and as part of a maintenance team. Preferred 3+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or welding. Experience working on industrial equipment or machinery. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Pay & Schedule $23.00$28.00 per hour , depending on experience.
