Thorp Purdy is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Law Office Intake Coordinator to join their team in Springfield, OR. Responsibilities:

Manage the client intake process from initial contact through case onboarding Conduct intake interviews with prospective clients to gather case information and assess eligibility Accurately enter and maintain client data in case management software Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to schedule consultations and follow-up appointments Respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Prepare and send intake forms, engagement letters, and new client documentation Track and follow up on pending leads and prospective client inquiries Ensure compliance with confidentiality and legal intake protocols

Requirements:

Prior experience in a law firm, legal intake, or client-facing administrative role preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and empathetic demeanor Proficiency with legal case management software or CRM systems is a plus Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Familiarity with legal terminology and intake procedures is strongly preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
