Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM - 8:00

PM What You'll Do:

Greet patients warmly and make them feel at ease when they arrive Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and verify insurance benefits Assist with patient paperwork and collect payments as needed Support therapists with day-to-day administrative tasks Keep the front desk and waiting area organized and inviting Deliver excellent customer service to patients and team members
