Job Description

Seeking a Patient Service Representative for a premier healthcare system! This is a full-time 13 week contract.

Schedule:

Full Time, 40 hours/week Monday - Friday; Weekly schedule will include 1 late shift of 12pm-8:30pm, 3 shifts ranging from 7:45am-5:30pm and Saturdays alternating every 4 weeks (hours 8a-12)p; will leave early on Thursdays if working the Saturday to make 40 hours

Job Description:

Schedule and coordinate patient appointments. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle incoming calls and place outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
