Our outpatient office supports a welcoming atmosphere, emphasized by collaboration among mental health professionals. Although your primary work is remote, you will have significant opportunities to engage with your colleagues during team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities. You will be provided with the necessary tools to maintain electronic health records efficiently, ensuring you can focus on what you do best—helping others. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to evaluate new clients' needs, developing tailored treatment plans that address individual circumstances. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective treatment for a range of mental health disorders. Facilitate support groups and psychoeducational sessions to provide patients with coping strategies and a sense of community, addressing topics like anxiety management and recovery from substance abuse. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create coordinated care plans that consider the whole patient experience. Provide crisis intervention and support for clients facing mental health emergencies, ensuring they have immediate access to the resources and care they need. Engage in ongoing education for patients regarding their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local community resources that foster recovery and wellness. Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in compliance with legal standards, helping to uphold the integrity of our practice and the well-being of our patients. Participate actively in team meetings, contribute to discussions about case strategies, and share insights from your experiences to support continuous improvement in patient care. Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy, empowering you to implement best practices in your clinical approach. Patient Population / Client Focus Our diverse client population encompasses individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. As a mental health therapist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing personalized treatment strategies that cater to the unique challenges these individuals face, particularly reflecting the needs and cultural backgrounds of our clientele in Great Falls and surrounding areas. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. A current and valid license in the state as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Thorough understanding of various mental health disorders and effective treatment modalities, along with proficiency in conducting comprehensive assessments. Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy, especially within community settings. Strong communication skills with an ability to connect and engage with clients from diverse backgrounds effectively. Proven judgment and adherence to ethical practice standards in therapy. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and mental health documentation practices. An ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Preferred Experience Ideal candidates will have experience in outpatient therapy settings, a track record of successfully managing a caseload of diverse clients, and familiarity with therapies addressing substance abuse or trauma-informed care. Additional certifications in specific therapeutic modalities may further enhance your contributions to our practice. Compensation and Benefits We offer a comprehensive compensation package, with a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
