Seasonal Holiday Helper - $18+/Hour

+ Paid Travel

+ Completion Bonus Interior Plantscapes is building our seasonal Holiday Installation Team for the 2026 holiday season. This is a hands-on, physical position helping install commercial Christmas and holiday décor for businesses throughout Greenville, Charlotte, Columbia, and Charleston. Projects include installing Christmas trees, wreaths, garland, ornaments, lighting, and other large-scale holiday displays. This is a great seasonal opportunity for someone with experience in construction, landscaping, event setup, warehouse work, moving, maintenance, installation, delivery, or other physically demanding team environments. Pay starts at $18/hour, with higher rates available for relevant experience, CDL, lift certification and similar qualifications. Eligible team members can earn up to $500 in seasonal completion bonuses. Company-paid hotels and a $30/day meal per diem are provided for overnight travel. Schedule Our primary installation season runs from approximately November 1 through the second week of December . We will also have a holiday takedown season beginning immediately after Christmas and running through approximately the second week of January. Preference will be given to candidates who are available for both phases, but we will consider candidates who are only available during installation season. Full-time availability is strongly preferred, but we may also have opportunities for candidates who are only available on certain days. Paid training for new team members will take place during October , with some hours available between training and November 1. Early mornings, long days, occasional weekend work, and overnight travel may be required depending on the installation schedule. Compensation Starting at $18/hour Higher pay available for relevant experience and qualifications such as lift certification, CDL, commercial driving experience, or significant installation experience Eligible for up to $500 in seasonal completion bonuses Company-paid hotels for overnight trips $30/day meal per diem during overnight trips Mileage reimbursement if use of a personal vehicle is required Overtime paid when applicable What You'll Do Load, unload, stage, assemble, install, and remove commercial holiday décor Work safely from ladders and aerial lifts Install and decorate commercial Christmas trees and other large displays Handle lighting, garland, wreaths, ornaments, décor, hardware, and installation materials Travel with installation crews throughout South Carolina and North Carolina Follow crew-leader instructions and established safety procedures Help keep job sites, vehicles, equipment, and warehouse areas organized Work efficiently as part of a crew during a fast-paced seasonal schedule What We're Looking For The most important qualities for this position are reliability, a strong work ethic, safety awareness, and the ability to work well on a crew .

Have a valid driver's license Be willing to complete a background check and driving-record check Be able to perform the essential physical functions of the position, including repeatedly lifting up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Be comfortable working from ladders and at heights Be willing to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions when required Be able to attend paid October training Have dependable transportation to report to work in the Greenville area Full-time availability and the ability to travel are strongly preferred, but we encourage applicants with more limited schedules to apply as well. Prior holiday-decor experience is not required . We can teach holiday installation. We are much more interested in finding people who show up, work hard, work safely, and are good teammates.
