Job Description

Job Summary Member Services Coordinator is responsible for checking youth in and out of the Club daily while tracking and documenting fees, collecting and organizing paperwork required for participation in BGCCW programs at all Club sites, fees collection and documentation, contacting parents regarding outstanding balances and needed paperwork, answering phones, assembling and submitting daily deposits, and working in the member management system. Responsibilities Greet members and guardians at the Club. Help all parents/guardians register for Club programs utilizing the parent portal. Create charges on member accounts for all applicable program fees. Assist with
DFS/TANF
documentation and submission. Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information. Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data in order to compile and keep member and financial records. Complete invoices, receipts, and other financial documents according to established procedures. Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records. Reconcile daily cash, checks, and parent portal payments with MMS reports to verify accuracy and complete currency sheet, and submit to financial department. Run reports as needed. Check in all youth at the Club. Assist in events as needed. Qualifications Experience as a receptionist, secretary or executive assistant. Strong knowledge of computers, microsoft programs, and Google's suite of programs. Strong customer service skills. Knowledge of basic financial concepts and processes. Ability to be a team player. Ability to multi task. First aid & CPR certification, or willingness to obtain. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Pay:
$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
