24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a license (required for submission). Local & travel allowed. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. 6 months gap required between for Staff at

Additional Details:
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement. You must take a 6 month break between staff and travel for ALL AdventHealth facilities.

A Respiratory Therapist assists patients who have trouble breathing because of a chronic respiratory illness, trauma, or other conditions. Administers tests to diagnose breathing problems, performs treatments to help patients breathe easier, or sets up breathing equipment such as ventilators. Works closely with physicians and other healthcare workers, and may also assist in providing emergency care to patients suffering from heart attacks, drowning, or shock. Works in hospitals; may also provide care and counseling to patients in their homes.
