Qualifications:

Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential. Valid state licensure to practice as an RRT in Georgia or eligibility to obtain. Recent clinical experience in respiratory care, preferably within acute care or hospital settings. Proficiency in ventilator management, airway care, and emergency response. Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills. Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous professional improvement.

Responsibilities:

Assess patients and develop respiratory care plans. Administer therapeutic procedures, including oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and chest physiotherapy. Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot mechanical ventilation devices. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the care team to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies and equipment. Document care accurately, adhering to regulatory and facility standards.
