Key Responsibilities:
Deliver skilled respiratory care, including the assessment, treatment, and monitoring of patients with cardiopulmonary disorders. Administer and manage ventilator support and other life-assisting respiratory modalities. Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gases and pulmonary function exams. Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Ensure patient safety, maintain accurate records, and educate patients and families on respiratory care techniques.
Qualifications:
Valid and active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential. Current state licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist. Prior experience working in acute care or hospital environments is highly preferred. Strong adaptability and excellent communication skills. Commitment to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care.
