Administers tests to diagnose breathing problems, performs treatments to help patients breathe easier, or sets up breathing equipment such as ventilators. Works closely with physicians and other healthcare workers, and may also assist in providing emergency care to patients suffering from heart attacks, drowning, or shock. Works in hospitals; may also provide care and counseling to patients in their homes.

Respiratory Therapy Manager Tulsa, OK We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapy Manager for a permanent, full-time day shift leadership role in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area .

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:

$90,000 $135,000 , based on experience Full benefits package Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available

Position Overview:

The Respiratory Therapy Manager will oversee daily respiratory care operations, lead and support the RT team, and ensure high-quality patient care while collaborating with clinical and administrative leadership.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in Respiratory Therapy (Supervisor, Manager, or Director level) This is an excellent opportunity for a proven RT leader seeking day shift stability , competitive compensation, and long-term career growth in a supportive healthcare environment.
