Qualifications:
Valid licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Proven competency in Respiratory Therapy, including mechanical ventilation, airway management, and patient assessment Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred Experience in acute care settings strongly preferred Excellent communication and adaptability in fast-paced clinical environments
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver respiratory care treatments and interventions to patients with cardiopulmonary disorders Assess, monitor, and document patient progress, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams Operate and troubleshoot ventilators and respiratory equipment Educate patients and families about respiratory health and care plans Follow established clinical protocols and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
