We're seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP, SLP-CCC) to provide essential services to a diverse caseload. This assignment covers three different settings, giving you the chance to broaden your experience and make a tangible impact in educational environments. Your placements will be at one of the following sites: Pinson Valley High School (full-time), McAdory Elementary/McCalla Elementary (split schedule), or Hueytown Middle/Lipscomb Elementary (split schedule). Each SLP specialist will work a 37.5-hour week, managing a caseload of approximately 60 students. Collaboration with educators, families, and administration is key to fostering progress and communication skills in students.

Desired Qualifications:

Current SLP Certification in Alabama SLP Educator Certificate Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable Ability to manage a caseload of around 60 students Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to work onsite exclusively across assigned campuses Successful fingerprint clearance as per Alabama educator requirements
