Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

Valid SLP license (state eligibility for Alabama) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Experience or strong interest in K-12 school settings Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in new environments

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy for students with speech-language needs Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and onsite multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements Support students' progress toward communication and academic goals Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
