Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current Speech-Language Pathologist license Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required Previous experience providing speech and language therapy in schools preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Passion for empowering students to achieve their communication goals

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs Develop personalized therapy plans and set measurable goals for student progress Deliver direct intervention to students in both individual and group settings Document progress and maintain thorough, up-to-date records Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success Provide guidance and resources to support classroom strategies for communication
