Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required ASHA Clinical Fellowship (CF) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Experience or a strong passion for working in pediatric or school-based settings Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and group speech and language therapy services to elementary and secondary students Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Assess speech, language, voice, and fluency skills using standardized tools Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support generalization of speech and language goals within the classroom setting Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and compliance with district/school policies
