Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active or eligible for

ABESPA AL SLP

Certification and/or

AL SLP DOE

Certification (can begin with one certification while pending the other) Current SLP-CCC credential Prior experience with school-age children, ideally within 3rd to 6th grade Dedication to evidence-based assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students in individual and group settings Complete screenings, evaluations, and create personalized IEP goals tailored to each students needs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support whole-child development Maintain timely and thorough records in compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to the success of each student
