Youll work across several campuses, including preschool, elementary, middle, and high school levels, catering to diverse student needs within a manageable caseload of approximately 60. This is a full-time, onsite position offering an engaging work week totaling 37.5 hours.

What Youll Need:

Active SLP license in Alabama SLP Educator certificate with up-to-date fingerprint clearance (see state certification portal for reference) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Prior experience providing speech-language services in a K-12 school environment strongly preferred Strong evaluation, intervention, documentation, and communication skills Flexible approach and ability to adapt across age groups and sites

Responsibilities Include:

Assessing students communication skills and developing individualized Education Program (IEP) goals Delivering targeted speech-language therapy for a diverse caseload at several school locations Collaborating with educators, families, and other therapists to support student growth Maintaining thorough records, progress notes, and contributing to IEP meetings Providing expert recommendations and trainings for staff and parents as needed
