Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will assess and diagnose individuals suspected to have Autism. Your expertise will be utilized in a collaborative assessment environment alongside a medical provider. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact to families across Arkansas. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to diagnose autism. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, and session notes within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Stay current with medical terminology, physiology, anatomy knowledge, and advancements in speech-language pathology to provide the highest quality care. Requirements Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Experience working with children in pediatrics or early intervention settings is highly preferred. Proven experience in conducting comprehensive autism assessments preferred. Will train the right candidate. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with patients' families and multidisciplinary teams.
