A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description
Required Qualifications:
Valid Arizona Speech Language Pathologist license. Teaching Certification. Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (or willingness to obtain prior to start). CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates welcome. Experience in a school setting preferred, but all applicants with a passion for student progress are encouraged to apply.Role Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary education teams to create supportive learning strategies. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements. Provide both direct therapy and indirect services, such as student observation and staff consultation. Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and actively participate in creating positive outcomes for students.What You'll Enjoy:
