Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A contract position is available for three full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in a K-12 district located in Camarillo, CA. This role offers an opportunity to provide specialized speech and language support to students across all grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress. Participate in meetings and professional development as required.Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist credential or Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working as an SLP in a K-12 educational setting preferred. Ability to manage and organize caseload effectively. Strong communication and collaborative skills. Willingness to adapt services to meet diverse student needs.Additional Information:
