Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract opportunity is available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Special Education Teachers to support multiple school buildings in Fairfield, CA. This role focuses on delivering high-quality speech and language services to students ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade. The position requires working onsite, replacing a currently virtual SLP. This is an excellent chance to engage directly with students in a school setting, providing tailored therapy and educational support.

Qualifications and Experience:
Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Special Education Teacher with relevant state credentials Proven experience working with diverse student populations across various grade levels Ability to manage caseload efficiently while delivering personalized intervention Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, parents, and administration Commitment to a proactive and supportive educational role
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans Deliver therapy sessions aligned with each student's educational goals Document progress and adapt strategies to meet student needs Collaborate with teaching staff and families to optimize student development Ensure compliance with all applicable educational guidelines and protocols This position offers the opportunity to impact student growth positively in an engaging, in-person environment.
