Youll be supporting students across a diverse range of abilities and needs, from articulation and fluency to receptive and expressive language challenges.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in the state of California Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Previous experience working with middle and high school populations preferred Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Ability to design and implement effective intervention plans tailored to each student
Key Responsibilities:
Assess students speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tools and real-life observations Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) in line with district and state requirements Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure holistic support for each student Maintain timely and accurate documentation related to student progress and services provided Participate in IEP and staff meetings, as well as ongoing professional development This full-time, 37.5 hours per week position comes with the satisfaction of seeing your impact daily, opportunities for growth, and the chance to contribute to a supportive educational team.
