Bilingual Spanish/English required Responsibilities Provide speech and language services to students with a variety of communication needs. Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and evaluations. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs. Provide direct and/or consultative speech-language therapy services. Complete evaluations, progress reports, and required documentation. Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and other members of the educational team. Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate services to Spanish-speaking students and families. Monitor student progress and make recommendations based on assessment and treatment data. Collaborate with school staff to support students' academic and communication goals. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. California SLP licensure/credentials required as applicable. Fluent bilingual Spanish/English proficiency required. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred/required as applicable. Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary school team.
