Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current SLP license or eligibility in California Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply Experience in pediatrics, school-based, or healthcare settings with children and adolescents Proven skills in assessment, diagnosis, and development of individualized treatment plans Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans Support students from birth through high school by providing direct intervention tailored to their needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Monitor and document progress, making adjustments as needed Participate in IEP meetings and related team activities Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to support communication goals This is your chance to make a meaningful difference for children and families while building strong professional relationships throughout the community.
