Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Flexible to work with students ranging from preschool through high school Experience or strong interest in school-based and pediatric populations Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision experience preferred Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) Provide engaging and effective speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in groups Consult with teachers, families, and staff to support student success Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute informed recommendations Stay current on best practices in pediatric and school-based SLP services
