What We Offer:
Monday•Friday || 37-40 hours a week Pay Rate starts at $70 / hour and goes up DOE Travel package available to those who qualify!
Start date:
New School Year Shift is between the hours of 7am-5pm (during school hours) Benefits available•medical, dental, & vision!
Requirements:
Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of California (required) Experience working in a school setting as a Speech Language Pathologist (preferred) Valid CCC (required) Open to connect with
SLP-CFDuties:
Provide specialized services and assistance with the assessment and screening of children and young adults with speech and language disorders, utilize age-appropriate standardized and non•standardized testing and assessment tools. Provide phonological, language voice and fluency training in individual or small groups of students. Conduct speech and language assessment services. Complete concise and valid assessment reports, including diagnostic information and treatment recommendations. Provide individual and small group therapy; schedule caseload; plan lessons. Develop and/or participate in developing and implementing IEPs for students who qualify. Participate in IEP meetings to provide assessment information and recommendations for instructional needs with parents and teachers. Consult with general education /special education teachers regarding services and support of students. Participate in in-service training sessions, departmental meetings, staff meetings, parent conferences and consultations with other professionals. Prepare and maintain a variety of related records and reports, such as IEP's, annual assessment reports, daily speech logs, notes and files. Perform related duties as assigned.
