Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract This opportunity is for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in school settings, located in Inyokern, CA. This onsite contract position supports an elementary caseload for the 2026-2027 academic year, offering a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
Valid SLP certification with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) Experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school environment Expertise in managing and providing therapy to elementary-age students Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators and families Commitment to onsite presence, supporting students directly within the school setting
Location:
Inyokern, CA — All services and therapy sessions will be conducted onsite, as this position replaces virtual SLP roles with in-person support
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs Monitor and document student progress regularly Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate speech goals within the educational curriculum Participate in team meetings and contribute to student intervention strategies
