Key Qualifications:

Current California Speech-Language Pathology license (active status required) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in good standing Experience working in school settings or with school-aged children preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities Dedication to student progress, collaborative work, and professional integrity

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapies to middle school students based on individualized education plans (IEPs) Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and monitor student progress Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with educators, support staff, and families Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district and legal standards Offer guidance and resources to school staff and families on speech, language, and communication needs Adapt interventions to suit diverse learners and unique classroom environments
