Key Qualifications:

Active SLP or SLP-CF credentials (onsite, not virtual) 2+ years of California school-based SLP experience At least 1 year of SEIS experience required Previous experience supervising SLPAs with facilitator support preferred Ability to manage large caseloads and high volumes of referrals Bilingual Spanish highly valued, but not mandatory Strong team player with excellent communication skills

Position Details & Responsibilities:

Full-time opportunity (37.5 hours per week, full school year) Serve K-12 students in a supportive team environment Likely access to SLPA support staff Supervise, coach, and collaborate with SLPAs/facilitators as needed Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP meetings Develop treatment plans and deliver individualized therapy Ensure compliance with district requirements
