9636296-95014 Job Description Join a dynamic educational setting near Cupertino, CA as a Speech and Language Pathologist supporting students communication growth! We are seeking two dedicated professionals to fill contract roles beginning in late November and running through the end of the school year. These full-time positions offer the opportunity to make a direct, positive impact on elementary and middle school students.
Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid California SLP license (or eligibility for licensure) Previous experience in a school setting preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Comfortable managing caseloads with students in grades K-8 Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Core Responsibilities:
Assess and identify students with speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Provide direct therapy sessions, group interventions, and classroom strategies Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student planning Enjoy a competitive hourly compensation ranging from $55$65+, depending on experience and qualifications.
