May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Primarily in-home services, with a few clients seen at an ABA center/daycare. Possible one day a week at a school.

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Current National Provider Identifier (NPI) or willingness to obtain one as we see clients with insurance. Current CPR certification. Negative TB test Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation. Current automobile insurance. Ability to pass a background check. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with pediatric clients preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. AAC (low tech, high tech) experience preferred, not required. Requirements - Clinical Fellow (CF/RPE) Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university. Eligible for or currently hold a California Required Professional Experience (RPE) Temporary License. Eligible to complete the ASHA Clinical Fellowship. Current National Provider Identifier (NPI) or willingness to obtain one prior to credentialing. Current CPR Negative TB test Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation. Current automobile insurance. Ability to pass a background check. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Passion for working with pediatric clients and willingness to learn. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Bilingual candidates may be eligible for a higher rate.
