What you bring:
Current or pending California licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY) Prior experience in schools or pediatrics, or strong interest in school-based practice Expertise in assessment, treatment, and documentation for a variety of communication disorders Strong communication and collaboration skills, thriving in a team-focused environment Comfort working on-site or via teletherapy platforms as needed Day-to-day responsibilities: Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students from PreK through 12th grade Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support each student's success Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations Engage in ongoing professional development, taking advantage of mentorship and peer learning Embrace a flexible schedule that considers your work-life balance needs.
