Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

This full-time contract opportunity offers you the chance to support middle school learners in a collaborative, engaging educational environment near Murrieta, CA. With a consistent schedule of 35 hours per week, you'll be able to build meaningful relationships with students and staff while providing high-quality therapy and support services.

Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP license for the state of California Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) will be considered Previous experience with middle school students or school-based settings is highly desirable Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, staff, and families Organizational skills for managing documentation, scheduling, and caseload

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for middle school students Conduct therapy sessions in both individual and group settings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success Maintain accurate records and document progress for each student Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decision-making
