Job Description

This role is tailored for passionate professionals who excel in speech-language pathology and want to make a meaningful difference in a school-based setting.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based caseloads Comfort with teletherapy platforms and digital record-keeping Ability to support both Individualized Education Plans (IEP) and general education students Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates seeking supervision and mentorship Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide therapy services to elementary, middle, or high school students, individually and in small groups Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations using evidence-based assessment tools Develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans in coordination with IEP teams Maintain up-to-date documentation, progress reports, and compliance records Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student growth Participate in virtual meetings and teletherapy sessions as required Look forward to making an impact while enjoying a supportive school environment.
