Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current and active SLP license (or eligibility) for the state of California Experience in educational settings serving children from Pre-K through Grade 12 Familiarity with IEP development, assessment, and therapy documentation Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families Ability to adapt to different age groups, learning styles, and needs

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized plans addressing speech, language, and communication goals for students Deliver direct and consultative therapy services across early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school environments Facilitate team meetings, collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff Maintain thorough records and comply with all federal, state, and district mandates Contribute positively to the school community, supporting a nurturing learning environment
