Job Summary CreekHaus Beer Garden is opening in Orinda, built around PizzaHacker's San Francisco sourdough pizza, 24 taps of Bay Area craft beer, cocktails, and an indoor and outdoor space designed for social gatherings and events. We are hiring the opening team now, and this role helps shape how service feels here from day one. Duties Front of House deployment, pre-shift direction, and daypart readiness. Guest arrival, seating flow, Server balance, and support coverage. Coordination across Host, Server, Expo, beverage, and Hospitality Support. Proactive guest communication when service needs extra attention. Whole-shift leadership when serving as Shift Lead. Skills Substantial professional Front of House or hospitality experience. Experience leading people during live service. A strong read on guest and operational flow and a natural feel for hospitality. Proactive thinking, strong time management, and effective delegation. Clear communication, calm judgment, and a team-first leadership style.

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
