What You'll Bring:

Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credentials Prior experience with pediatric populations or working in school-based settings preferred Strong understanding of IEP process, speech/language assessments, and individualized interventions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and staff Passion for fostering growth in children with diverse backgrounds and needs

What You'll Do:

Deliver speech and language therapy to a caseload spanning early intervention through middle school Conduct comprehensive assessments and draft detailed evaluation reports Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in coordination with educational teams Participate in IEP meetings and share recommendations with staff and families Maintain accurate documentation consistent with school and district standards Provide consultation and support to teachers and parents to encourage carryover of skills
