Desired Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program Current California State license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist Either Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience or comfort working 1:1 with students within a school setting Strong advocacy skills, professional communication abilities, and a student-first approach Open to travelers seeking new assignments and professional growth opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized assessment and therapeutic intervention for students with communication needs in a school-based setting Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals tailored to each student's unique needs Maintain accurate documentation of progress and consult with teachers, families, and support staff Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team processes Stay current on best practices in school-based speech and language therapy
