•East Bay, CA Grow & Shine Speech & Language, Inc. is a small, growing pediatric private practice looking for a dedicated and compassionate SLP or SLPA to join our team. We're looking for a clinician who values flexibility, collaboration, creativity, and family-centered care. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with a diverse pediatric caseload while having the support and mentorship of a small, clinician-owned practice. Our caseload includes children with a variety of communication needs, including speech sound disorders, language delays, childhood apraxia of speech, social communication differences, and early language development. Qualifications For SLPs:

Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license ASHA CCCs preferred Pediatric experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

For SLPAs:

Current California SLPA license Pediatric experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Willingness to collaborate closely with supervising SLP For all applicants: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home and school-based clients Comfortable working collaboratively with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals Interest in providing individualized, strengths-based pediatric care Compensation & Benefits This is a part-time W-2 position .
