FlexCare is hiring an experienced SLP for a full-time contract opportunity in San Lorenzo, California for the 2026-2027 school year. Join a collaborative school environment where you'll work alongside multidisciplinary teams to help students achieve their communication goals while receiving dedicated support from FlexCare throughout your assignment. Assignment Highlights- Earn $3,633.75 / Week
- 2026-2027 school year
- 37.5-hour work week
- District-wide role supporting students across all grade levels
- Primarily evaluation and consultation-based with minimal direct therapy
- Interviewing ASAP, fast hiring process Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Qualifications & Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Pediatric experience required
- School-based experience preferred
- Experience conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing speech and language services
- Knowledge of IEP development, documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff
- Comfortable working across multiple school sites throughout the district
- Must meet all credentialing, background check, fingerprinting, and district onboarding requirements
- This is an in-person position.
