FlexCare is hiring an experienced SLP for a full-time contract opportunity in San Lorenzo, California for the 2026-2027 school year. Join a collaborative school environment where you'll work alongside multidisciplinary teams to help students achieve their communication goals while receiving dedicated support from FlexCare throughout your assignment.   • Earn $3,633.75 / Week
  • 2026-2027 school year
  • 37.5-hour work week
  • District-wide role supporting students across all grade levels
  • Primarily evaluation and consultation-based with minimal direct therapy
  • Interviewing ASAP, fast hiring process Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Qualifications & Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Pediatric experience required
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Experience conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing speech and language services
  • Knowledge of IEP development, documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff
  • Comfortable working across multiple school sites throughout the district
  • Must meet all credentialing, background check, fingerprinting, and district onboarding requirements
  • This is an in-person position.
