SMPCA is an established scalp micropigmentation studio and training academy in San Lorenzo. We have spent years building a reputation on precision work and clients who come back. We are now expanding the space into a full med spa, and we are looking for a licensed esthetician to build the skincare side with us from day one. This is not a role where you inherit someone else's menu. You will have real input into what services we offer and how we run them.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Perform facials, dermaplaning, waxing, and lash and brow services (including tinting and lash lifts) for an established client base Consult with clients on skin concerns and recommend a realistic plan Recommend and retail professional products you actually believe in Keep treatment rooms, tools, and sanitation to a standard you would be proud to have inspected Help shape the service menu as we grow

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Current California Esthetician license in good standing (required) Solid hands-on skill and genuine interest in skin, not just the routine Comfortable talking to clients honestly about what will and will not work Reliable, because our clients book around you New graduates are welcome to apply. We would rather train someone with good hands and the right attitude

A NOTE ON SCOPE

We run this by the book. You will work within the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology esthetician scope. We are not asking anyone to operate lasers, inject, or perform medical-grade procedures outside their license. As our medical service lines come online under physician oversight, those will be staffed by appropriately licensed clinicians.
