Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in California SLP-CCC or CFY welcome Experience in school settings preferred Ability to work with a variety of ages and needs Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and deliver therapy services to students (varied age groups) Write and implement IEPs and therapeutic treatment plans Consult with teachers, parents, and educational staff Document progress and adjust interventions as needed Participate in multidisciplinary meetings
