Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across diverse populations, including children in early intervention and school settings. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized therapy plans tailored to individual needs. Implement engaging therapy sessions to improve speech clarity, language skills, social communication, and swallowing functions. Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to support patient progress and ensure seamless care. Monitor progress, adjust treatment strategies, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations. Educate families on exercises and strategies to promote ongoing development at home. Ideal candidates possess pediatric experience, strong assessment skills, knowledge of speech therapy techniques, and excellent communication abilities.
