Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Scotts Valley, CA Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Scotts Valley, California . This position will support students at the elementary and high school levels and is ideal for an SLP who enjoys working with a diverse range of student needs and age groups.

Position Details:

Full-time Hours:

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Elementary & High School Approximately 45-50 students on caseload School-based setting Competitive weekly pay Benefits available for eligible employees

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs. Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments. Develop and implement individualized IEP goals. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate data and documentation. Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions. Collaborate with teachers, families, related service providers, and school staff. Develop appropriate interventions and strategies to support students' speech, language, and communication needs.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Active or eligible California SLP license Appropriate California school-based credentialing School-based or pediatric experience preferred Experience working with elementary and/or high school students preferred Strong IEP, evaluation, documentation, and progress-monitoring skills Strong communication and collaboration skills
